NORTHERN LIGHTS - ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO (time lapse)
Our friend Karl Johnston from our facebook group posted this amazing video of the Northern Lights and said that: A photographer who I work with shot this video time lapse of the aurora borealis and surrounding regions of the world's second largest national park - wood buffalo. In Northwest Territories, Canada.
OctoberLifeImages on Jun 14, 2011 Several hundred frames made by myself and put together into time lapse video from 2010 to present in the South Slave region.
This is partly meant as a preview for some projects and film work I have been putting together in conjunction with Karl Johnston Enterprises (www.karljohnston.com)
We have both been doing some film and other imaging work that we will be putting together into a series of movie shorts and possibly a series of shows that will depict the life, land and adventure that can be found in northern Canada. I hope you enjoy!

AURORA - the northern lights -OVER CENTRAL EUROPE!
Is it possible to see the northern lights over Central Europe? Of course! It is rare but still can happen! On October of 2003 two powerful solar explosions (X17 & X11) hurled two Coronal Mass Ejections, hit the Earth's magnetic field and triggered Auroras that could be seen even in Vienna! See these beautiful pictures of auroras over Belgium, Germany and Austria!
